First-Time Courtesy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Your first late cancellation (less than 24 business hours) will be waived as a one-time courtesy.
Second Occurrence & No-Shows
If a patient has a second late cancellation (within 24 hours) or a no-show, a $100 deposit will be required prior to booking any future appointments.

- The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice.

Ongoing Requirement
This deposit policy will remain in effect until the patient demonstrates reliability by completing 7 consecutive appointments without late cancellations or no-shows.
